Reservations & Cancellations
When making a reservation, please make sure to provide as much accurate information as possible. Please alert the dispatcher of any special accommodations or requests you may have. If a client needs to make a cancellation for whatever reason, we do require at least 24 hours prior to the actual pickup time. Failure to cancel within the 24 hour period will result in cancellation fees depending on the time a job was canceled. When you are being picked up at the scheduled pickup time, you will have a 5-minute grace period. If a client gets in the vehicle after the 5-minute grace period, waiting time will be assessed depending how long the driver has to wait for the client after the scheduled pickup time. We are on tight schedules and depend on the client's punctuality to be on time for our next job.
Luggage & Occupancy
When making a reservation, please make sure to tell the dispatcher exactly how many pieces of luggage your party will be traveling with, including oversized items like golf clubs, skis, strollers, foldable scooters, wheelchairs, ETC. This way we will be aware of your luggage situation, and we will then determine which size vehicle you will need for your safety and comfort. Luggage is not permitted inside the cabin due to our strict insurance rules and regulations, as well as for your safety. The only items permitted inside the cabin are backpacks, handbags, computer bags. The number of passengers cannot exceed the maximum occupancy of any of our vehicles.
Example: We cannot put 4 people in a sedan, since the maximum occupancy of our sedan is 3 people with luggage.
Damage & Sickness
If any client damages anything inside, or outside any of our vehicles, will be assessed a damage fee, depending on the severity of damage. If any client gets sick inside any of our vehicles, will be assessed a cleanup fee depending on the severity of damage. If any client gets car sickness or motion sickness, please alert the driver before the job, this way they will be aware of your situation and pull over as needed.
Drugs & Alcohol
Any client under the influence of drugs or alcohol who cannot contain themselves will be issued a warning, if the issue continues the job will be terminated on the spot with no refund. Illegal drugs are not permitted inside any of our vehicles. Alcohol is only permitted inside our stretch limousines only. Alcohol is not permitted inside any other vehicle due to strict insurance rules & regulations, as well as the law.
Smoking
Smoking cigarettes or anything else is not permitted inside our vehicles. If a client needs to have a smoke break, we will be more than happy to pull over in a safe place to accommodate you.
